Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya (in collaboration with University of Siegen, Germany, University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Arba Minch University, Ethiopia) is pleased to announce a new Master’s Programme "Integrated Watershed Management". The course will start in September 2008. It is offered at the Department of Geography in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
The deadline for application for admission is 25th May 2008.

The German Academic Exchange Service DAAD is funding five scholarships for Non-Kenyan students from Africa for the Master’s Programme in Integrated Watershed Managemet at Kenyatta University, Nairobi, Kenya.
Application requirement is a good upper second class and above for any first degree. These scholarships cover tuition fees, stipend for living costs for the period of two years. Deadline for DAAD scholarship application is 31th May, 2008
There are a also scholarships from the Nile Basin Initiative (NBI).
