Accessing Global Knowledge Workshop

March 17, 2008, New Delhi, India. In the context of preparing the India Innovation project and as part of the Diaspora of Highly Skilled practice, this workshop, organized by the Indian Department of Science and Technology, explored contest-based mechanisms to elicit proposals from diverse actors of Indian society to generate diversity of models and mechanisms to leverage India's talent abroad.
