Virtual High School

The Virtual High School, a non-profit organization that offers content-rich, credit-bearing high school courses to students across the United States and around the world. Opened in 1995, it was designed to complement the normal offering of courses in member high schools, providing additional course materials for interested students. It currently offers 296 courses to students in 520 schools in 30 states in the United States and 38 other nations. A few case studies are available on its website of successful applications of its programs, as well as services for students and teachers, and information for other stakeholders.
