    This site aims to serve as a common platform for stakeholders from all sectors: donor and relief community, NGOs and private companies, students and academia. We hope the site will help build a broad-based and well-balanced public-private partnership open to all. Everyone can contribute resources or opinions, regardless of political, religious or ethnic affiliation. The site will be non-political and provide an open forum to all constructive stakeholders. With your active participation, we hope this site will become the most comprehensive web resource on ICT for development.

  • How can I participate?

    In order to join the dgICT4D community and receive our newsletters and alerts click on "Sign up" on the top left corner of the page or "Receive Updates" in the center.

    You can post content by clicking "Add Content here" link at the center of the front page. Besides English, we also encourage our users to contribute resources in French and Spanish. Apart from linking to existing web pages, you can upload files in Word, PDF (Acrobat), Excel, PowerPoint and other formats to the Gateway. While contributing content please be sure that you are not infringing any copyright restrictions. In other words, if you are not the author or publisher, please obtain permission before posting content on the Gateway. Your contribution will be reviewed by the editor and in most cases posted shortly.
