The mandate of the SCN is to promote cooperation among UN agencies and partner organizations in support of community, national, regional, and international efforts to end malnutrition in all of its forms in this generation. Food Assistance Programming in the Context of HIV, produced by WFP and FANTA in collaboration with Technical Assistance to NGOs (TANGO) International, is a new guide to improve the design and implementation of food security programmes that respond to HIV-related challenges as well as HIV programs that utilise food and food-related activities to achieve HIV-related outcomes.
