This project - on the web since 1997 - publicises a person-centred and situated health and social care model with universal potential. Originally created in the UK by Brian E Hodges - Hodges' Health Career - Care Domains - Model [h2cm] - can help map health, social care and other issues, problems AND solutions. The model takes a situated and multi-contextual view across four knowledge domains: INTERPERSONAL; SCIENCES; SOCIOLOGICAL; and POLITICAL. Four unique links pages cover each care (knowledge) domain e.g. Political includes 'activism', 'democracy & law', 'development & poverty', 'community informatics'. Interpersonal links: 'mental health', 'e-learning', 'human computer interaction', 'education' and 'accessibility'. A paper on Hodges' model and the work of philosopher Michel Serres has been submitted for (possible) publication in March 2006, an issue devoted to GLOBAL HEALTH. Clustrmaps aggregates global location of site visitors updated monthly. Fully referenced site.
