Balanced Development: An ICT Model for Rural Connectivity in Afghanistan

"This research paper provides an ICT model for rural connectivity and telecommunication services in Afghanistan. After examining the Afghan social structure current development activities in the country, experiences from other developing countries and the available literature, a community based connectivity model focused on the concept of “telecenter” is proposed" (Noorzai, 2006).
