Microsoft and the Engineering School of Antioquia (EIA) are working hand by hand in a program of digital learning, to empower the 34 libraries of the Network of Public Libraries in Medellin and its Metropolitan Area.

The Network of Public Libraries will soon host the Cultural community of Medellin. Citizens will find information about events, exhibitions and interactive contents regarding the cultural life of the city. Also, they will be able to participate, using the blogs, chats, forums and wikis, and share their ideas and experience.

Muy pronto, Medellín tendrá su propia Comunidad Cultural y el portal de la Red de Bibliotecas albergará este nuevo espacio que busca fomentar la interacción entre todos los actores culturales de la ciudad.
