Richard Heeks
Prof. Richard Heeks is an Associate Professor in Information Systems and Development at the Centre for Development Informatics, University of Manchester, UK. He is also currently working on a guide to impact assessment of ICT4D projects and he is using dgCommunities to find different methodologies that have been used. According to Prof. Heeks: “The best analogy that I can use is that I find the weekly summary of postings to be like jumping into the sea of the tides and currents - what topics are starting to grow, which are fading away, what's new, what feels old, and so forth.”
